"Honestly better than I expected"
I ordered a hoodie and was pleasantly surprised when it showed up looking exactly like the photos. The tags and packaging all seemed legit, and the material feels really solid. Shipping took a few days, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with it and would definitely buy from MLTD again.

"Decent, but I wouldn’t count on fast shipping"
My snap judgment after ordering from mltd.com: it was fine, but not exactly reliable if you’re in a hurry. My order did show up and everything was there, so no real complaints there. The package was in good shape too. Shipping just felt slower than expected, and the tracking barely updated, which was a little annoying. I’d order again if I wasn’t on a deadline, but definitely not if I needed something quickly.

"Support took way too long"
The order itself was totally fine, so no real complaints there. But getting a reply from support was just... frustrating. It took days, and I ended up having to send another email before hearing back. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it definitely left a bad feeling because it was just so slow and annoying

"Pretty painless return process"
I was expecting the return to be a bit of a headache, but it ended up being really straightforward. From my experience, everything went smoothly and my refund came through quickly with no hassle.

"I was kind of rushing through the..."
I was kind of rushing through the store, so maybe I missed a few things, but the deals I did see were just okay. Some prices were decent, but a lot still felt high even with the discounts.
